Alta Langa DOCG metodo classico. L’Alta Langa Docg è lo spumante brut del Piemonte. Una denominazione dalla produzione contenuta, con una storia molto lunga: fu il primo metodo classico a essere prodotto in Italia, fin dalla metà dell’Ottocento, nelle “Cattedrali Sotterranee” oggi riconosciute Patrimonio dell’Umanità Unesco.

Vitigno: 90% Chardonnay, 10% uva a bacca rossa piemontese
