Alcuni consigli per l’uso
Eccezionale condimento che trova larghissimo e comodo uso in cucina per preparare finissime pietanze calde e fredde.
Ottima spalmata su pane, fette biscottate, bruschette, tartine, e per farcire panini e colazioni.
Ingrediente molto apprezzato anche sulla pizza.
Ideale per la praticità d’impiego, nella preparazione di primi piatti (tagliatelle, risotti, ed altri formati di pasta). Basta sciogliere, in olio di oliva bollente, la crema, e saltare in padella la pasta scolata al dente; si consiglia come tocco finale una spolverata di prezzemolo finemente tritato e di parmigiano o pecorino.
