Farine provenienti da cereali coltivati con cura dai soci di una grande cooperativa di agricoltori italiani. In buona parte, i cereali utilizzati - soprattutto farro e grano tenero - provengono dal territorio Ferrarese. Lì infatti il Delta del Po favorisce quelle condizioni agronomiche e climatiche che garantiscono i migliori risultati in termini qualitativi. La produzione biologica e il processo di conservazione dei cereali stessi, mediante la tecnica del freddo, consentono poi di avere farine esenti da residui di prodotti chimici.
