Pack of 1 Kg of flour of chickpeas white "Pasha" (cicer Aretinum), stone ground. Cece Pasha is one of the traditionally most common variety of white chickpea, medium-large seed. The chickpea flour used for this is grown in Vasto (CH) at the Masseria La Palombara. The chickpea Pasha, chickpea kabuli type, is a larger chickpea native of Mesopotamia (5000 BC) and thin skin.
