Dalle arance più belle coltivate nei Campi Flegrei ecco la marmellata dal gusto grintoso che conserva tutta la fascia aromatica, con le bucce e i pezzi di frutto. Ottima per la prima colazione (spalmata sulle fette biscottate, con il pane, con i cereali e lo yogurth, sulla ciambella), per guarnire dolci, per accompagnare formaggi e per tutte le idee che la fantasia vi suggerisce. Le arance vengono raccolte e trasformate in brevissimo tempo per mantenere inalterata la freschezza dei frutti. Il processo di trasformazione adottato consente di preservare buona parte delle proprietà nutrizionali del frutto oltre al gusto. Leggere il lotto di produzione sarà indicativo del periodo di raccolta e lavorazione, infatti è priorità della nostra produzione non cambiare l'identità del frutto a seconda della stagione di raccolta e lavorazione: l'arancia infatti cambia caratteristiche, seppur di poco, nei vari mesi in cui è disponibile per questo grazie ad un approccio responsabile e professionale di produzione, il consumatore potrà gustare una marmellata di arancia che non sarà mai la stessa.
