L'0lio extravergine di oliva ''Ciolea'' nasce dalle Nostre soleggiate e ventilate colline affacciate sul mare.La raccolta avviene per mezzo di agevolatori elettrici con l'aiuto di un ombrello rovesciato motorizzato. Da una
molitura in giornata e comunque non oltre le 48h dalla raccolta se ne ottiene così un olio con bassa acidità e ricco
in polifenoli.
Derivato da un blend di olive BIOLOGICHE , delle varietà frantoio, leccino, correggiolo, moraiolo,pendolino ed
fs17 che formano la DOP Colline di romagna ; è un extravergine ''Fruttato medio'' con note erbacee, di mandorla
e carciofo.
L'olio EVO ''Ciolea'' è un olio pluripremiato che non può mancare sulle Vostre tavole.
Ideale con bruschette, insalate, pinzimonio, verdure fresche e gratinate, carpacci, zuppe di legumi.

L'Olio Extravergine di Oliva Biologico 5 Grani viene prodotto nell'agro di Sciacca in provincia di Agrigento in Sicilia in prevalenza da cultivar Cerasuola con basse percentuali di Biancolilla e Nocellara del Belice. Le Olive raccolte con agevolatori elettrici ed a mano vengono portate e molite al Frantoio entro 48 ore con macchinari meccanici di nuova concezione per mantenere inalterate le peculiarità del prodotto. L'olio prodotto viene stoccato in silos di acciaio, fatto decantante alcuni giorni e confezionato in latte da 5L o altri formati a richiesta. Assapora i sapori della Sicilia comprando la produzione dell'ultima campagna olearia effettuata nei mesi di Ottobre e Novembre.

The Archidamo EVO oil, obtained cold, is a medium fruity extra virgin obtained from the traditional Salento blend with a higher percentage of coratina which gives it a strong character, with spicy and sometimes bitter scents. Clear sensations of strawberry and red fruits, red radicchio, chicory and lettuce, sweet notes.
