Extra virgin olive oil with a fruity taste and delicate obtained from 700 plants located in castelvecchio task (capannori) and directly cultivated by me. The low acidity is ensured by the method of collection: the networks are moved by the day with the progress of the collection in order to have only healthy olives and fresh that same night are taken to the mill. The pressing takes place in a small olive press where you can control all the operations and in particular the temperature never exceeds 27 degrees. The oil thus also keeps at 2 - 3 years after the turbidity that distinguishes it from oils that are commonly found in the supermarket and which are nothing more that mixtures of uncertain quality and origin oils and chemically correct.
