Extra virgin olive oil 4 cl 10 cl Fresh cream 10 Butter 40 g flakes of Grana Padano 40 g Fine salt White pepper Procedure: Browse thyme. Clean the leeks and cut into thin strips (julienne) the white part and tender. Sauté the leeks with oil; salt and pepper.
