Il salame nostrano é un insaccato composto da magro di suino, in budello naturale.
Una volta insaccato viene tenuto per circa una settimana in un cella per l'asciugatura. Passano poi alla stagionatura vera e propria, rimanendoci per circa tre o quattro mesi a seconda delle dimensioni.
I salami nostrani dell'azienda Aia Vecchia vengono riposti in apposite celle che mantengono il clima freddo e secco che assieme all'aiuto della leggera brezza proveniente dall'esposizione verso la costa riminese. Questi fattori fanno maturare dolcemente i salami mantenendo così i sapori naturali di una volta.
Per questo i nostri salami nostrani ha bisogno di almeno 75 giorni per essere venduti ai nostri clienti.
Vengono fatti con tagli specifici di lonza e pancetta magra, tritati grossolanamente a cui viene aggiunto sale, e pepe.
Il tutto viene poi insaccato in un budello naturale e legato a mano.

Una tisana che unisce le proprietà rilassanti della camomilla a quelle rinfrescanti di anice e menta. Ha gusto delicato e armonico e profumo fresco e gradevole. Ideale come bevanda serale, oltre a calmare i sensi, favorisce la digestione. Contiene esclusivamente fiori e foglie essiccati, senza aromi e coloranti aggiunti.
