Our Monocultivar Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil represents the most authentic excellence of Sicilian olive-growing tradition. It is made from selected Nocellara olives, grown in our olive groves and processed exclusively by us, following a short supply chain that is controlled at every stage.The olives are harvested at the right degree of ripeness and milled very quickly to preserve their aromas, flavors, and nutritional properties. The result is an oil with an intense green color and a strong aromatic profile, characterized by notes of green tomato, fresh grass, and artichoke, typical of Nocellara olives.
On the palate, it is harmonious and structured, with a perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness, the hallmark of an oil rich in polyphenols and of the highest quality. It is ideal for enhancing important dishes: grilled meats, bruschetta, legume soups, grilled vegetables, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Thanks to our large production, made possible by over 30,000 olive trees, we are able to offer an excellent extra virgin olive oil at an affordable price, without compromising on quality, authenticity, and genuineness.
