Our Monocultivar Tonda Iblea Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not a commercial product and is not designed to satisfy everyone. It is an oil reserved for a select few, created exclusively for true connoisseurs and those who consider extra virgin olive oil not just a simple condiment, but an experience of excellence.Produced in limited quantities from selected Tonda Iblea olives, grown in our olive groves and processed directly by us within a few hours of harvesting, it represents the pinnacle of our production. Each stage is carried out with extreme precision to preserve a rare and unmistakable sensory profile.
The nose reveals a complex and elegant bouquet of green tomato, fresh basil, aromatic herbs, and almond, while the palate is distinguished by its absolute finesse, with a delicate bitterness and a long, measured, and perfectly integrated spiciness.
