Il pesto delle isole viene prodotto e confezionato in Italia da Ciesse Agroalimentari Via G. Carducci, 1 - 95047 Paterno (CT), per Azienda Agricola Michel Barthelemy, via pietra bianca Pianicello Alicuti (ME). È un prodotto sott’olio ottenuto dalla selezione di finocchietto selvatico, capperi, mandorle, pomodoro secco, origano, olio d’oliva, aglio, peperoncino, basilico e pepe nero. Il finocchietto viene sbollentato, frullato poi con tutti gli altri ingredienti e il prodotto finale viene pastorizzato in barattoli di vetro.
Confezionamento: vasetti di vetro da 190 g.
Provenienza materie prime: finocchietto selvatico di produzione propria, capperi di Alicudi, di produzione propria, mandorle di produzione propria, pomodoro secco biologico di Agriblea, origano di produzione propria, olio d’oliva biologico Lidia Tusa, aglio biologico Azienda Caccamo, peperoncino di produzione propria, basilico di produzione propria.
