I testaroli sono un tipo di pasta antichissima, cotti nei testi di ghisa della tradizione contadina della Lunigiana.
Sono realizzati con farina di grano 100% italiano, accuratamente selezionato per garantire qualità, autenticità e gusto.
Si presentano come un disco di pasta dorata, successivamente tagliato in piccoli rombi e immerso per circa due minuti in una pentola di acqua salata, spenta poco prima di raggiungere il bollore.
Una volta scolati, vengono tradizionalmente conditi con pesto oppure con olio e formaggio e sono subito pronti per essere serviti.
