Per rispondere alle esigenze di molti consumatori viene prodotta una nuova gamma di pasta trafilata al bronzo. Dalla trafila al bronzo passa la pasta fresca per assumere la forma voluta. Siccome le trafile di bronzo hanno una struttura particolare, la pasta non esce liscia come quella comune bensì rugosa. La rugosità aiuta la pasta a trattenere i condimenti che quindi la insaporiscono meglio. Anche per questa pasta l'essiccazione avviene a basse temperature ed in tempi molto lunghi (circa 12 ore per la pasta lunga e circa 8 ore per la pasta corta) al fine di mantenere nella pasta tutti i principi nutritivi ed organolettici presenti nel grano.
