I chiodi di garofano Altromercato sono di qualità molto aromatica, di dimensione grande, integri, tra i più pregiati sul mercato. La confezione è realizzata artigianalmente in carta fatta a mano a partire da fibre naturali. Ogni confezione contiene inoltre alcune ricette da provare con questa spezia. Abbinamenti: carni in umido, sformati, prosciutti, frutta cotta, salse (es. worchester), pane speziato, brodo di carne, marinate, dolci e budini (Christmas pudding inglese), vin brulé.

La Noccio e Ciocco gusto fondente è una novità golosa arrichita di cacao del commercio equo-solidale. Con una gustosa e pregiatissima ricetta piena di qualità e salute! Un prodotto pregiato senza latte. Abbiamo pensato di creare un prodotto più "gustoso" creando la linea Fondente. È il risultato di tanta ricerca sulle materie prime e sulla ricetta, di nuove attrezzature e processi di lavorazione e crediamo che il risultato sia davvero ottimo! La Noccio e Ciocco contiene ingredienti pregiati, ricercati e naturalmente biologici. Il primo ingrediente, e quindi quello presente in maggiore quantità, è la nocciola tonda gentile del Lazio (ben il 50%!), inconfondibile alla vista ma anche al sapore; le fanno compagnia il cacao ( 17%) proveniente da coltivazioni equo-solidali e zucchero di canna. La nota aromatica di questa crema spalmabile è garantita dalla profumatissima e pregiata polvere di vaniglia Bourbon naturale, un altro ingrediente che assicura qualità e sapore inconfondibile.
Insomma, un barattolo da 210 g di “Noccio e Ciocco gusto Fondnete” è "semplicemente" una confezione di golosità, bontà, qualità che allieta il palato con materie prime sane e genuine. Abbiamo deciso di elaborare una ricetta senza latte, vegana, per permettere a tutti di gustarla in libertà sul pane, nei dolci o in qualsiasi altro modo la vostra fantasia vi suggerisca.
