Produced in Calabria by cold pressing with only mechanical processes to keep the organoleptic properties intact - Fruity Taste, Enhances the Flavor of Every Dish, Meat, Fish, Condiments The most cultivated Cultivars: Dolce di Rossano (native) 60%, Carolea 10%, Tondino 10%, others 20% - Organic cultivation with grassing - Polyconic vase pruning - Manual harvesting method directly from the crown of just-ripened drupes. - Milled within 24 hours with a continuous cold cycle mill - Storage for natural decantation in stainless steel tanks without filtering - Decanting after approximately four months and bottling in our laboratory ✅ This EVO oil is produced in Santa Sofia d'Epiro (CS) Calabria overlooking the Crati Valley at an average altitude of 400 meters above sea level ✅ It is of superior quality and comes directly from Italian olives and solely through mechanical processes ✅ This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the juice extracted from the freshly harvested olive tree.
