Olio extravergine da olive di varietà Coratina con piccole quantità di Ogliarola ”Cima di Bitonto”. Caratteristiche: Fruttato medio con note di mandorla e carciofo. Armonia tra amaro e piccante. Colore verde con riflessi dorati, ricco in polifenoli e tocoferoli. Estrazione con impianto a linea continua con spremitura a temperature sotto i 27 gradi. Lavorazione entro le 24 ore dalla raccolta.
