The PIETRAFITTA stems from IGT to satisfy a specific clientele in search of a wine with more bold colors and the most pronounced characteristics. The bottle is produced from pressed grapes tintilia of the sun, a technique that highlights the characteristics of tintilia more than the SATOR wine, both in freshness and alcohol which in tannins. A wine that is enhanced further with a longer maturation and aging and that in his youth looks gritty and typical. Bottle opening: The color is a beautiful deep ruby red and full. The fruit flavor is clear, but immediately go up the nose tertiary, between the Net is the spice black pepper.
