Description
Si utilizza il latte proveniente dalla nostra azienda agricola, lo si lascia intero e quindi più ricco di panna; si producono forme di circa 10 Kg e le si lasciano stagionare per circa 6-9 mesi. Raggiunta la stagionatura viene impresso il marchio a fuoco e la sua crosta viene dipinta di colore nero (con una sostanza adatta al trattamento degli alimenti). Al suo assaggio il sa- pore è dolce, morbido, richiama le dolci note dello yogurt e della panna. Lo consigliamo per un aperitivo stuzzicante, per la mantecatura dei risotti più golosi o servito a scaglie per arricchire un buon carpaccio.
