Il nostro Parmigiano-Reggiano BIO stagionato 18 mesi presenta una base lattica piuttosto accentuata. Per sottolineare il suo sapore delicato, è squisito con mostarde di frutta non troppo piccanti, inoltre, è ideale abbinato a verdure crude. Da servire con un bicchiere di vino bianco.ALLERGENI:
